These terms cover the use of squeakycleannatalie.com and the cleaning services provided by Squeaky Clean Natalie (“I,” “me,” or “my”) in and around Austin, Texas. By requesting a quote or booking a cleaning, you agree to these terms. I have kept them short and in plain English.
Quotes and booking
Submitting the quote form is not a booking and does not obligate either of us. A quote is an estimate based on what you tell me about your home. If the property or the work turns out to be materially different from what was described, I may adjust the price, and I will always tell you before I start. A booking is confirmed only when we have agreed on a date, time, scope, and price.
Scheduling and cancellations
Life happens, and I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less notice, or a lockout where I arrive and cannot get in, may be charged a fee of up to half the price of the scheduled cleaning. If I ever need to reschedule on you, I will give you as much notice as I can and there is never a charge.
Access to your home
You are responsible for giving me access at the scheduled time, whether that means being home, leaving a key or code, or another arrangement we agree on. Any key or code you share with me is kept private and used only to do the work you hired me for. Please secure or put away cash, jewelry, firearms, and other valuables before I arrive.
Supplies and what I clean
I bring my own supplies, which are organic and hypoallergenic. If you prefer that I use a specific product of yours, tell me and I will. I do not handle biohazards, mold remediation, pest problems, or anything that requires a ladder taller than a standard step stool. If I find something I am not able to safely clean, I will let you know.
Payment
Payment is due when the cleaning is finished unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. I accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Recurring clients may be billed on a schedule we agree on.
If something is not right
I stand behind my work. If you are not happy with something, tell me within 24 hours of the cleaning and I will come back and make it right at no charge. That is the whole guarantee.
Damage and liability
I take great care in your home. If I break or damage something, I will tell you right away and work with you to repair or replace it. I am not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, items that were already broken or improperly installed, or damage caused by products you asked me to use. To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the cleaning in question.
Pets and safety
I like animals, but please let me know in advance about any pets and secure any that may be anxious or aggressive around strangers. I reserve the right to stop a cleaning if I feel unsafe for any reason.

The content on this website, including text and images, belongs to me and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. The site is provided as is, and I cannot promise it will always be available or error free.
Changes and governing law
I may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
