Squeaky Clean Natalie (“I,” “me,” or “my”) is a house cleaning service based in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what information I collect through squeakycleannatalie.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. I keep this simple because my business is simple: I clean homes, and I only collect what I need to do that.
Information I collect
Information you give me. When you fill out the quote request form, I collect your name, phone number, email address, the street address and ZIP code of the property, the type of cleaning you are interested in, and anything else you choose to write in the message box. If you email or text me directly, I keep that correspondence too.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, my hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the date and time of your visit. I do not use advertising trackers, and I do not sell or share browsing data.
How I use your information
- To respond to your quote request and answer your questions
- To schedule, confirm, and perform cleaning services at your property
- To send invoices, receipts, and reminders about upcoming appointments
- To keep the website secure and running properly
I will not add you to a marketing list or send you promotional messages unless you ask me to.
Who I share it with
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I share it only with the service providers that make this website and my business work, such as my web hosting company, my email provider, and my invoicing or payment processor, and only to the extent needed for them to do their job. I may also disclose information if required by law or to protect my rights or safety.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check a box to receive text messages, I collect your mobile number to send only the kind of messages you agreed to: customer communication (such as appointment confirmations and reminders) and, if you separately opted in, promotional offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long I keep it
I keep quote requests and client records for as long as I am providing services to you, plus a reasonable period afterward for bookkeeping and tax purposes. If you would like your information deleted sooner, just ask.
Cookies
This website uses the basic cookies needed for it to function, plus a visitor analytics script provided by our customer management platform (LeadConnector, served from links.squeakycleannatalie.com). That script records which pages you visit and, if you submit the quote form, connects that activity to your request so I can follow up properly. It is not used for advertising and the information is not sold or shared for marketing by others. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to read the site.
Your choices

This website is intended for adults booking home services. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
